※After online credit card payment is completed, it’ll produce goods QRcode at your Email or [Nantou Holiday] website member center.See the instructions for use details.

※Please present QRcode on smart phone or print it in advance to redeem the ticket at Ntbus HSR Taichung Station counter on the day of departure.

※Please inform counter service staff for the purchase of tickets at [Nantou Holiday] website.

※The final redeem time is 20 minutes before departure on the day of reservation.

※Types of Tickets：Full ticket & Half ticket

Half ticket qualification：

1.Seniors over the age of 65 who present proof of identity (limited to the Republic of China)

2.Foreigners must hold a permanent residence permit and be over 65 years of age.

3.Child regulations：

(1) Aged 6~12 years old, half tickets can be purchased by presenting the identity document.

(2) Aged under 6 years old, it is free to take, but it's not allowed to occupy the seat. 

※If you purchase a half-price ticket, please present your identification to verify your identity.

※The pre-sale ticket is open 4 days to 14 days before the date of travel. E.g. 1/1 can book for 1/5 to 1/15 tickets.

※Pick-up stationn: To limit the "starting station" on the ticket, "Halfway station doesn't reserve seats."

※Ntbus HSR Station:

Address: Taichung HSR station area on the first floor fifth exit.

※Refund rules:

(一)Refund location:

Taichung Gancheng Station、HSR Taichung Station、Puli transfer Station、Sun Moon Lake Station、Cingjing Travel Agency

(二)Refund method:

Each refund will be deducted by NT$10 handling fee. Round-trip tickets including departure ticket and return ticket are regarded as two. Overdue tickets refund can't be accepted.

Please follow the steps below：Login to "Nantou Holiday" website→「member center」→「My orders」→「Refund request」.

After receiving the refund request, Cingjing Travel Agency will calculate the refundable amount according to the refund rules.
