※【Bus Ticket】Taiwan Tourist Shuttle | Beigang Creek Route | Taiya Resort → HSR Taichung Station One-Way Ticket (Return Trip, Reservation Included)

◆ This is not a round-trip ticket. Please make a separate reservation for the outbound trip.

◆ After purchasing online by credit card and completing payment, a product QR code will be issued. Please scan the QR code when boarding and alighting.

◆ Route: Taiya Resort → HSR Taichung Station (6653C)

◆ Please confirm the reservation date and departure before making payment. A NT$30 handling fee will be charged for any changes or cancellations.

◆ Reservation period: Reservations open 7 days before the travel date and must be completed by 12:00 PM on the day before travel at the latest.

◆ During consecutive holidays, additional vehicles will be arranged to strengthen transportation capacity. Therefore, reservations are not available during consecutive holiday periods.

◆ 【Return Trip】Boarding Steps

Step 1｜Arrive at the Stop Early
Please arrive early at the reserved 《boarding stop》 and wait in line. When the bus arrives, be sure to wave to signal the driver to stop.

Step 2｜Verify Reservation Information
When boarding, please provide the driver with the 《name and phone number》 used for your reservation so that the driver can verify your reservation.

Step 3｜Scan the QR Code Ticket
Please present your QR Code ticket for scanning when boarding. The QR Code must be scanned both when boarding and when getting off the bus.

◆ Boarding Notes

  • Please have your QR Code ready before boarding and getting off the bus, and tap the QR Code to enlarge it on your screen for easier scanning by the onboard device.
  • Boarding is only permitted at the 《boarding stop》 selected when making your reservation. If you board at a stop after your reserved boarding stop, your reserved seat will not be guaranteed.
  • When the bus passes a bus stop, it will not stop to pick up passengers if no passenger is seen waving to signal that they wish to board.
  • Please arrive at the stop early and wait for the bus according to your reserved departure time. Boarding on a different scheduled trip is not permitted.

※ Each bus ticket must be scanned once when boarding and once when getting off the bus. For example, when taking the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Cingjing Line toward Cingjing, you must present the QR code of the corresponding outbound ticket, which must be scanned once when boarding and again when getting off.

｜Refund Policy

◆ The system does not support order modifications. If you wish to change the quantity, you must cancel the ticket and place a new order.

◆ Reserved tickets cannot be refunded once they have been used.

◆ Cancellations made before departure will incur a handling fee of NT$30 per order. Cancellation or refund requests made after departure will not be accepted.

◆ This ticket is for adults. Other ticket types must be purchased on site.
