●Sun Moon Lake Boat Voucher

※It's a round-the-lake ticket (limited to one circle around the lake, return to the initial boading pier).
※Please be sure to keep the ticket stub, when boarding the boat, hold the ticket to the boat staff for verification.
※If you need more than one boarding, please purchase tickets at an additional price according to the on-site regulations.
※The boat owner's business hours will also be adjusted due to climatic factors. If there is any change, based on the on-site notice.

●Round-the-Lake Bus one day pass Voucher、Sun Moon Lake - Checheng one day pass bus Voucher

※Unlimited taking the bus on the day of using.

1.The usage expiration of travel merchandise：
The package must be redeemed within 30 days of purchase. Unused items within expiration date are refundable upon the rules of Cingjing travel agency.

2.Refund rule: handling fee is NT30
Whoever has used the partial voucher, the original price of the used items should be deducted.

3.Unredeemed package:
Please follow the steps below：Login to website→「Member」→「My orders(Completed)」→Select the order→「Refund request」.
After receiving the refund request, Cingjing Travel Agency will calculate the refundable amount according to the refund rules.

4.If you have redeemed package to use:
